I grew up eating Cap'n Crunch cereal, peanut butter and jelly, pasta, cookies, candy, cakes and pies. Sugar was a dietary staple for me! During my pregnancies, the only food that didn’t give me heartburn was ice cream (and milk is good for you, right?!) I know a thing or two about sugar and food cravings.
